The Board of Supervisors of the Celebration Community Development District (“District”) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office located at 313 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida, 34747, for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the District’s Fiscal Year 2019 Budget. A regular Board meeting of the District will also be held at that time in which the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.

The Osceola County Tax Collector will collect the assessments for platted lots, and the assessments will appear on the annual ad valorem real estate tax bill. The District will directly collect the assessments for unplatted acreage, and will be sending out a bill in October of 2018. For delinquent assessments initially directly billed by the District, the District may initiate a foreclosure action or may place the delinquent assessments on the next year’s County tax bill. Failure to pay the assessments will cause a tax certificate to be issued against the property which may result in a loss of title.

All affected property owners have the right to appear at the Public Hearing and to file written objections with the District within twenty (20) days of publication of this notice. Such written comments on the Proposed Budget and resulting assessment may be sent to the attention of the District Manager, 313 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida 34747.
