The City of Kissimmee has completed its annual Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. Any comments received by the City on or before December 16, 2016, will be forwarded to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Comments received after 5 PM on Friday, December 16, 2016 will not be considered. Materials will be supplied in a form accessible to persons with disabilities upon written request. The City of Kissimmee also announces its annual Program Performance Hearing for the CAPER. This hearing will take place at the regularly scheduled City Commission Meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the City Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 101 Church Street, Kissimmee, FL. The purpose of this comment period and hearing is to update citizens on the status of completed and ongoing projects funded by CDBG and the amount of funds expended. The comment period and hearing enable Kissimmee citizens the opportunity to comment and offer suggestions on performance and the CAPER.
